Luke 21:4 He looked up and saw the rich people dropping offerings into the collection plate. Then he saw a poor widow put in two pennies. He said, “The plain truth is that this widow has given the largest offering today by far. All these others made offerings they’ll never miss; she gave extravagantly what she couldn’t afford—she gave her all!” Jesus looked past the money/amount, and He looked straight at the heart, Jesus sees what men cannot see. You can give out of your many or you can give extravagantly like the widow woman.

GIVING

Giving Lately, there's been a lot of discussion about giving especially the tithe and I was thinking  about it, a few scriptures came to my mind. 2 Corinthians 9: 6-7 But remember this—if you give little, you will get little. A  farmer who plants just a few seeds will get only a small crop, but if he plants  much, he will reap much.   Everyone must make up his own mind as to how much  he should give. Don’t force anyone to give more than he wants to, for  cheerful givers are the ones God prizes.  1 C hronicles 17:1  After David had been living in his new palace for some time, he  said to Nathan the prophet, “Look! I’m living here in a cedar-paneled home while  The Ark of the Covenant of God is out there in a tent!”  The story of David building  the temple for God.
